Apparently south Korea and North Korea are having a war. Seoul and South Korean troops on Monday launched major annual land, sea and air excercises. So north Korea threatened to turn Seoul in to a sea of flames in the event of provocation. The US and North Korea said that the exercises are defensive in nature and while training their forces to respond to any provacation. north Korea habitually denounces them as a rehersal for invasion. Extra: Dugas is the winner of the General Philemon Thomas Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution Eagle Scout scholarship competition. He also placed first in the state competition, and his entry will be submitted for the national competition. As a hobby, Dugas is a taxidermist, with a personal collection which includes rare squirrels. He also does taxidermy work for his friends.
This sounded delicous to me and was easy to read.


The second is Jake Long.  Long, a sophomore, was the winner of the High School 3-Point Contest held in late January at Catholic High. He won out over 15 other area shooters, making 21 total 3-point shots in the third and final round to win. Look for Long in the State 3-Point Contest at the Louisiana High School Basketball Coaches Association All Star Game in March during the statewide high school basketball championship games. Long is also a member of his school’s Beta Club.He sounded intersting so this is what I wrote about. It was easy to read also.




The third is Niya Robinson. Robinson is the vice president of the junior class at Zachary High School. She is the photographer for Interact Club and is the section leader for her school choir's altos. She is also a member of  new Providence Baptist Church in Zachary. She is 16 and her parents names are warren and Norma Robinson. this sounded cool so I checked it out. It was very easy to read.

He was the second son of Claude Adolphe Monet and Louise Justine Aubrée Monet, both of them second-generation Parisians. On 20 May 1841, he was baptized in the local parish church, Notre-Dame-de-Lorette,as Oscar Claude, but his parents simply called him Oscar. In 1845, his family moved to Le Havre in Normandy, his father wanted him to go into the family grocery buisiness.However he wanted to become a artist, his mother was singer.On the first of April 1851, Monet entered Le Havre secondary school of the arts.

When Monet traveled to Paris to visit the Louvre,he witnessed painters copying from the old masters. Having brought his paints and other tools with him, he would instead go and sit by a window and paint what he saw. Monet was in paris for several years and met many other young painters who would become friends and fellow impressionists. Among them was Edouard manet. In June 1861, Monet joined the First Regiment of African Light Cavalry in Alergia for a seven year commitment.

First is Tony Curtis. He was born on June 3,1925. He was an American film actor whose career spanned six decades, but had his greatest popularity during the 1950s and early 1960s. He acted in over 100 films in roles covering a wide range of genres, from light comedy to serious drama. In his later years, Curtis made numerous television appearances.

He won his first serious recongnition as a skilled dramatic actor in Sweet Smell of Successs. Curtis's uncredited screen debut came in Criss-Cross.Later, as "Tony Curtis", he cemented his reputation with breakthrough performaces such as in the role of the scheming press. Agent Sidney Falco in Sweet Smell of success with burt Lancaster and an Oscar-nominated performance as a bigoted escaped convict chained to Sidney Poitier in The Defiant Ones. He was born may 26,1906. He was arguably the most popular and certainly the most busiest movie leading man in Hollywood History. John Wayne entered the film business while working as a laborer on the Fox lot during summer vacations from U.S.C. Which he attended on  a football scholarship.


He met and was befriended by John Ford.Wayne was cast as small roles for fords lat 20s films, occasionally under the name Duke morrison. It was Ford who recommended wayne to director Raoul Walsh for the male lead in 1930 epic western The Big Trail. Although it was a failure it showed wayne's potential. During the next nine years he busied himself in a multitued of b westerns. here is a picture of him.

Here is some information on aur beloved president. He was born in August 4,1961 in Honolulu,Hawaii. His father's name is Barack Sr.and his mothers name was Anne Durham. They met at the University of Manoa campus. The marriage between Obama's parents was short lived one.however.

In the early 1960's interracial relationships were still quite rare in many parts of America, and even technically illegal in some states. The Durhams were accecpting of Barack Sr., but his family didnt want him marrying a white american woman.So they divorced when Barack Obama was two years old and his father went to harvard.They only met once until Barack Obama was ten years old then they wrote to each other. His father did return to kenya and died in  a car accident.

His mother remarried and then he moved to Indonesia, but when he was ten he returned to Hawaii and lived with his maturnal grandparents. He was called Barry by his friends and family and he went to  a prestigious private academy in honolulu. Obama graduated punahou and went to Occidental College and then he transfered to Clumbia University. He then visited his relatives in Kenya for the first time, after that he went to apply at and was accepted to the Harvard law School.He was the first African American to that post, which virtually assured him of any career path he chose.

Barack Obama was the fifth African American senator in U.S history in 2005. Barack Obama won his bid for the Senate by a large margin, taking 70 percent of the Illinoise vote. Thus becoming the yougest of the U.S.  Senate when he was sworn into office in January 2005. A few years later, Obama decided to run for a seat in the US. Senate. Some of Obama's supporters thought he was aiming too high, but this time he beat out six others challeges.

Connect the HDMI cable from your television to your computer. Install the correct adapter or converter for your computer, if necessary. Unless your computer has HDMI output, cords will also need to be connected from the sound card output to the HDMI video cable or adapter, because HDMI carries both video and audio signals.

Boot your PC, and configure the new display by selecting "Control Panel" from the "Start" Menu. Double-click the "Display" icon and click the "Settings" tab. The manual for your HDMI TV will list the screen resolutions it supports, along with the refresh rates. Configure the resolution in the "Settings" tab, and then click the "Advanced" button to set the refresh rate. If you are using the HDMI TV as the second monitor, you will also have to configure how it is used by Windows, according to the instructions pertaining to your video card. Most cards offer a "Clone" or "Mirror" mode, where both screens display the same content. Alternately, the "Extended Desktop" mode will allow each monitor to operate independently.
